I highly recommend Jo. Her knowledge is extremely comprehensive and she is very specific with her diagnosis, treatment and management. She picks up issues that other therapists have missed and gets results. She has a warm and caring nature and when you're working with her, she's with you all the way through your journey. You'll never be left hanging wondering what to do. I wouldn't see anyone else.

I was lucky enough to have Jo's support throughout both my pregnancy (a very committed acrobatic baby) and breastfeeding journey. I firmly believe the peace and acceptance that I felt around my birth came from my sessions with Jo. Her expertise as an International Board Certified Lactation guided me through the tumultuous early weeks of my breastfeeding journey (undiagnosed tongue tie, tension from the birth etc). Having treatments throughout my pregnancy reduced my morning sickness and helped me stay calm and balanced. The birth classes I attended prepared me for labour and birth, and my birth was fantastic, no medical interventions were needed and I delivered a 3.9kg baby with no pain relief. Without Jo’s advice and fabulous input I doubt that would have been possible! Isaac was a very good feeder and sleeper, calm and contented and I am sure this was down to the treatments I received before, during and after pregnancy. Thank you Jo!
