The birth classes I attended prepared me for labour and birth, and my birth was fantastic, no medical interventions were needed and I delivered a 3.9kg baby with no pain relief. "I visited Jo because I was suffering with terrible pelvic pain. I was finding walking increasingly difficult. I could not roll over in bed, I had trouble getting in and out of the car, I struggled lifting my 18 month-old daughter and even doing the shopping was impossible - I was completely unable to push a trolley. I admit that I was skeptical that Jo could help because the pain was so bad. I was very surprised to find that, after the first treatment, I could walk (up a hill) to my car and get in without even wincing! As the weeks progressed and my baby and belly grew, I continued to see Jo for treatments which became increasingly more effective. I was amazed.
