• Initial appointment =  $225.00 – 1.5hrs (includes full consultation)
• Regular appointment = $150.00 – 1hr

Baby appointments

• Initial appointment =  $225.00 – 1.5hrs (includes full consultation)
• Regular appointment = $100.00 – 40mins

Lactation appointments

• Initial appointment =  $300.00 – 2hrs (includes full consultation)
• Regular appointment = $225.00 – 1.5hrs

By purchasing or using a mumabuba gift card, you agree to the following terms:

1. Validity Period

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Where possible please book your appointment dates within 3 months of purchasing the gift card.

2. Redemption

• Gift cards can be used towards any mumabuba treatment or service, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, baby support and classes or courses.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment (physical or digital copy accepted).
• Not redeemable for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
• When purchasing eGift Cards please check the different appointment costs suitable for the recipient (I.e. if it is their first appointment, follow-up appointment, lactation appointment etc)

3. Booking & Availability

• All treatments are by appointment only. Early booking is recommended.
• If the gift recipient is unsure which treatment suits them best, guidance can be provided during booking.

4. Non-Transferable

• Gift cards are transferable between individuals unless otherwise stated (e.g. a personalised gift voucher).
• If a specific name is printed on the card, it can only be redeemed by the named person unless approved in advance by mumabuba.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Standard mumabuba cancellation policy applies to appointments booked using a gift card. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or deduction from the card balance.

7. Partial Use

• If the full value of the gift card is not used in one booking, the remaining balance will be available for future use within the original validity period.

8. Change of Mind

• Under Australian Consumer Law, change of mind refunds are not required on gift cards. However, if your recipient cannot use the gift card due to a genuine issue (e.g. relocation, birth loss), please contact me to discuss compassionate solutions.
